Residential Deck

This deck in Haydenville, MA was in total disrepair: rotting wood, missing ballasts, rusted nails. We had to demolish all of the decking and fencing, and rebuild the supporting structure. The customer was hasn't to involve a contractor because there was deadline involved. We had to deliver a finished product in a narrow time frame to insure it was ready in time for a large gathering.

In order to save the customer time and money, we leveled and treated the supporting joists and foundation, rather than replace the entire thing. It took some extra resources, and some back breaking effort, but we were able to complete the job on time.
