Closet Conversion

This was a very challenging project, with a scope that can not be captured in images of its tiny size. This was a closet in a row house, located in Holyoke, MA. We had to gut it, open up the ceiling for ventilation, install fan, plumbing for a toilet and sink. All hands were on deck, including our plumber, electrician, and building crew. We had to acquire a building permit, which was essential to ensuring the safety of all the permanent changes we made to the structure.

The vertical toilet tank is installed inside the rear wall, which maximizes space for the occupant. There is also sound proofing on one of the walls, to insure no uncomfortable noises reach the adjacent dining room!
